Fall 2011

  • Finally cracked 150lbs this year - on August 23rd of all days (149.5 - whoo hoo!). But slowly creeping up again, sigh...
  • Three personal bests on short, medium and long runs, all within one week. Again weird because carrying around a few extra pounds but whatever...
  • Got to Chicago with the boys - lots of fun, ate badly. Yum yum yum...
  • Looking forward to Winter and lots of sliding down the hill. Might try snowboarding this year. Maybe some skiing...
